We’re on the lookout for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (Remote) to support our leadership and operations team. This is a remote, full-time role requiring availability for 8–10 hours per day, 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday).
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline – Business Administration, HR, or Marketing preferred)
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in administrative support, business development assistance, HR coordination, or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Gmail for email communication, with a strong understanding of professional email etiquette
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate daily administrative activities
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) for collaboration and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Canva or similar design tools to create engaging visual content
- Skilled in managing and maintaining the organization’s brand presence across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Threads)
- Capable of crafting compelling content including posts, graphics, short videos, newsletters, and internal announcements
- Strong writing and coordination skills to assist in the development of company publications and external communications
- Ability to liaise with internal teams to gather, organize, and curate relevant information and materials
- Well-versed in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing social media campaign performance metrics
- Stays updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital communication and social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, CRM tools, and client follow-up processes is a plus
- Able to assist with essential HR-related tasks such as candidate screening, interview scheduling, and maintaining HR records
- Must have a personal laptop/PC and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
